Top 50 teams present via Zoom/Google Meet (10 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
Judging criteria: Innovation (25%), Market Potential (20%), Feasibility (20%), Team (15%), Impact (20%)
Top 20 advance to semifinals
Phase 4: Semifinal Business Plan Pitch (Weeks 9-10)
Top 20 teams submit refined business plans
