At Quins International BD Ltd., we value your trust and aim to deliver a seamless experience across all our products, services, and event registrations. Please review the policies below to understand how refunds, cancellations, and changes are handled.

1. Products – Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may request a return or refund if:
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product includes original packaging, tags, accessories, and receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or altered products
• Damaged items caused by customer misuse
• Sale/discounted products (unless defective)
• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Digital/downloadable products

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via store credit.
• Processing time: 3–7 working days after product inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Replacement

• Replacement issued based on stock availability.

• If out of stock, customer may opt for refund or store credit.

2. Services – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our service-related offerings include consultancy, training, virtual office services, manpower services,
and more. 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided if:
• A service was not delivered as promised.
• A technical or internal error prevented service delivery.
• The client cancels within the allowed timeframe

Non-Refundable Services

• Services already initiated, used, or completed 
• Consultancy sessions already delivered
• Digital service access already provided (guides, documents, online access)
• Subscription-based services after activation

Service Cancellation Window

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase/booking

• After service activation, cancellation or refund may not be possible.

3. Events Registration – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This applies to training events, workshops, seminars, conferences, webinars, and professional
programs.

Refund Eligibility

Participants may receive a refund if:
• The event is cancelled or postponed by Quins International BD Ltd.
• The participant cancels at least 72 hours (3 days) before the event date.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Cancellation made less than 72 hours before the event
• No-show on the event day
• Event access already provided (for online events)

Event Transfer Option

Instead of a refund, participants may:
• Transfer their registration to the next available event, or
• Transfer their seat to another person (with prior approval)

4. Order / Booking Cancellation

• Products: Can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Services: Can be cancelled within 24 hours, before activation.
• Events: Cancel at least 72 hours before event start time.
Once processed or delivered, cancellations are not possible.
